Terms of use

The terms that govern use of Kyro.

Effective Aug 14, 2026. These terms replace the Aug 6, 2026 version. By using Kyro, its website or its API you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Kyro is

Kyro is a pre-transaction counterparty decision layer. It indexes public blockchain activity, verifies transactions and turns that evidence into reputation scores, trust graphs, attestation records and allow, caution or block verdicts for wallets on supported networks.

Kyro is informational. It is not financial advice, not a credit bureau, not a payment service and it never takes custody of funds. Kyro is not a compliance service: verdicts are reputation evidence, not sanctions screening or AML clearance. Decisions you or your systems make based on a score, verdict or credential are your own.

Your wallet, your responsibility

You connect with your own wallet and prove ownership by signature. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure. We will never ask for private keys or seed phrases.

Claiming a username publishes a public credential page for your wallet. Only claim a wallet you control.

Acceptable use

Only submit attestations for legitimate economic interactions. Circular trust farming, fake activity, sybil networks or abusive verification behavior may reduce trust confidence, trigger anomaly detection and result in removal of records or access.

Do not use the service to harass, impersonate or defraud others. Do not scrape and resell credential data at scale or circumvent rate limits and abuse protections.

API access

The public API serves verdicts, scores, trust evidence and receipts under published rate limits. Anonymous access is metered per network address and API keys carry plan allowances. Limits, plans and endpoints may change as the service evolves; the changelog and API reference reflect the current contract.

You are responsible for requests made with your API key. Keep keys private and rotate them if you suspect exposure. Automated systems that consume verdicts act on your behalf: the verdict is evidence, the action taken on it is yours.

Scores, verdicts and accuracy

Scores and verdicts are computed from available evidence and are estimates, not guarantees. Coverage varies by network and provider. Where data is limited, stale or missing the product says so and stays conservative, but we do not warrant that any score, verdict, attestation or graph is complete, current or error free.

A decision receipt is a frozen snapshot of what Kyro said at the moment it was created. It does not update and later evidence can change the live verdict.

Third-party networks

The service reads from public blockchains and third-party infrastructure we do not control. Kyro is an independent project built on the Arc network and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Circle or any network operator.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyro and its contributors are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including losses tied to decisions made in reliance on scores, verdicts or credentials.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change the service as it evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend records, keys or access that violate the acceptable use rules above.
