Privacy policy
How Kyro collects, uses and protects data.
Effective Aug 14, 2026. This policy replaces the Aug 6, 2026 version. Most of what powers Kyro is data that is already public on-chain. This page covers what we hold beyond that and the choices you have.

What we collect
Kyro works with information that is already public on supported blockchains. This includes wallet addresses, transaction history, counterparty relationships and on-chain attestations.
When you claim a profile we also store your chosen username, the wallet signature used to verify ownership and the score data computed for your wallet.
If you request an API key we store the key record, the contact email you provide and usage records for the requests the key makes. Anonymous API and website checks are metered by network address to enforce rate limits.
Creating a decision receipt publishes a frozen public snapshot of that verdict at a shareable link.
We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, passwords or custody of any funds. We never ask for them and no legitimate Kyro surface will.
How we use it
Indexed activity is used to compute scores, trust graphs and verdicts and to display public credentials. Scores are derived from evidence, not sold or shared as marketing data.
Usage records and network addresses are used to operate rate limits and abuse prevention, not to profile you. Support emails are used only to respond to your request. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Where it lives
Claimed profiles, scores, attestation records, API key records and receipts are stored in a managed database. Public pages display information that is either derived from public chain data or that you chose to publish by claiming a username or creating a receipt.
Third parties
We read from blockchain RPC providers, block explorers and indexing services to compute scores. Requests to those providers may include wallet addresses, which are already public on-chain. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep your session and cached score data so the app loads quickly. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
On-chain data is public by nature and remains visible on the blockchain regardless of Kyro. If you want your claimed username, cached profile data, API key or a receipt you created removed from our systems, contact us and we will process the request.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
